"Excellent care for myself and my family over 47..."

I and my family have been registered with this practice since 1971. They have been there for us in difficult times, for example when my 3 year old developed meningitis. They gave an accurate diagnosis, referred us swiftly to hospital, and the doctor visited daily after we returned home to check on his progress.

More recently, I was diagnosed with diabetes. Within days I had received a referral to a group for dietary advice, and I have been carefully monitored since then. I have been able to get the necessary appointments for follow-up, which included a reminder call from a kind receptionist who put the date and the follow-up I would need in her diary.

I know that times are hard for GPs at the moment, and that they have very heavy workloads: but I have always been treated with courtesy and kindnes, and feel that my concerns have been listened to.
