"Really positive experience under stressful circumstances"

About: Broadgreen Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was referred for an ultrasound and on arrival the reception staff at the hospital were very helpful to assist me finding the right department. The team who conducted my ultrasound were fantastic, friendly and put me as ease - I was a little nervous. They talked me through everything and clearly explained the findings. Really positive experience under stressful circumstances. Big thanks to the them!
