"111 service"

id Like to say bit on our 111 call service.i find them so helpful kind understanding-normally they get me a call back which comes through very quickly.clicnicions are all so very supportive and understanding my fear of health due to my mental health issues.they only ever suggest I go to the hospital if they can’t be 100% I don’t need seeing by a dr.this is so reassuring they get me a preebooked appointment where possible as this is best option for me.there so knowledgeable I trust there advise and take it.there always there at the end of the phone doing all they can to help.they 100%pride them self’s in there work and so they should.i don’t know where I’d be or whom to turn to without this number to call.everyone there is kind helpfull and do all they can to help ..at times after clicnicion called then she’s recommending a call from a dr.this is outstanding work they do .i wholeheartidly thank them all for this amazing service offered to the community..so please pass my great full thanks on to them for me.josie
