About: The Royal London Hospital / Accident and emergency

I came with a child with a broken wrist on a Saturday. aside from the receptionist and the fact that it took nearly 15 minutes to "check in", the staff in the a&e department were amazing. they made my child feel less fearful and overwhelmed and treated her nicely.

especially the radiographers and the plasterer.
