"A big thank you to everone"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Ear, Nose and Throat

I had cataract surgeries and a retina surgery in my right eye. I had many appointments and I am so impressed by the way everyone was so nice and so caring each time.

I called the hospital several times as I was worried about the delay whilst waiting for the appointment letters and again after the operations with some queries.

I had to leave messages, but the staff always got back to me with answers.

I am very pleased with the result and the doctors, nurses and staff are marvellous the care is really amazing I am so grateful.

I would like to give something back in return, but I am not sure how to go about it.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m pleased to hear that you found our staff to be helpful and responsive and that you had a good experience of our hospital. It is great that you feel you want to give something back; if you choose to do this, we have our Hospital Charity who would be grateful to hear from you. You can find more information on their website at www.nottinghamhospitalscharity.org.uk.

Best wishes
