"Information in letter sent to patients"

About: Crawley Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

It would be helpful to say in the letter that the yellow wing is reached from the main entrance. I was looking for a door into the yellow wing. 

Also I don't think it's a good system to knock on the door of the Echo dept. as you've got no idea if they've heard. When there is chatting going on the room, as in my case, they didn't hear.
