(as a service user),

I attended Crosshouse Hospital A&E with a broken wrist, and I would like to say how wonderful the staff were. The treatment I received was excellent, and everyone was very kind and polite. It seems that so many people are critical of the NHS, and it has been under considerable strain, but it is important to me that good feedback is passed on where it is deserved.
