I would like to thank everyone at Northwick Park Hospital who was involved in caring for my mum during her stay. She was brought into the hospital by ambulance on Friday morning with a cut in the back of her head. From A&E she was taken to the Clinical Investigation Unit where I was able to visit her on Saturday. She remained there under the care of Manos, Dr Shah and Dr John (among others) until being transferred to Dickens Ward. She received excellent care during her stay. Nursing staff and doctors were helpful and professional in meeting her needs. I was particularly impressed by the OT department. I was contacted by an OT (Ann-Marie?) the following day who asked questions to ascertain more about my mum's situation at home. She contacted me again to explain the care package that she had be able to put in place for mum to return home. Another member of the department phoned me later in the week to explain what equipment was being installed for mum. The care that mum received was a credit to NHS. THANK YOU.
"My mum."
