My first ever experience of going to A&E. Staff were thorough, skilled, patient, kind, and professional. Despite the department being very busy, staff took their time to listen to what I was saying and answer my questions.
Took 9 hours start to finish, but was seen in triage quickly on arrival and then had to wait for blood tests and results etc.
Thank you to all who were on duty.
