I had a call from the booking line yesterday (24/09/18 at 15:42) which was an inconvenient moment so I asked them to call back when I had my diary with me so I could commit to an appointment rather then booking one and having to cancel it.
The girl said she couldn’t call back, so I said I can’t commit to appointment without having my diary in front of me and why couldn’t they call back. She couldn’t answer me as to why and that she would call back.
I still haven’t received a call back.
Should I commit to an appointment without knowing if I’m free? If I do commit to an appointment not knowing if I’m free I’ll then have to call and cancel wasting your time and mine!
