"Lacks a lot of empathy"

About: The Medical Centre (Irfan)

This surgery used to be great in regards to appointments. I could ring around 10 and still get an appointment. Now you have to ring hundreds of times in the morning or wait 2 weeks for an appointment. When people work full time it's nearly impossible to get an appointment and not feel as if you're taking emergency appointments from those in need.

The doctor here isn't nice at all. She is rude. Lacks empathy and just acts like she doesn't care. Her ability to listen to what you're saying is shocking. She's too busy trying to offer her advice befire you've even given her all your symptoms.

The nurses and reception staff are lovely but the doctor needs some more training on how to be a decent human being not just a doctor.
