"Just one day as outpatient"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / Urology

Although this was just a one day visit to the Wellcome Day Care Unit, I was not treated as though I was on a conveyor belt.

All the staff were kind and considerate, and help was immediately there when I needed it.

Even a bit of kind-hearted banter. Loved that bit.

I was kept completely aware of what was going to happen next.

Even guided to the exit as I did not know my way.

Nothing but praise for one particular staff member and her team.
