Amazing care and commitment from all of the staff that we encountered.
Treatment
My mother was admitted as a critical patient. She received the most amazing care and despite the odds against her, she is recovering well.
Staff attitude
As a family, we had first hand experience of the intense nursing required for patients on ICU. At all times, we were kept informed of her treatment plan and expected prognosis. The staff went out of the way to help my elderly father understand and deal with the situation and to keep in contact with the rest of the family spread across the country. We cannot praise or thank the whole team enough for their care and dedication.
