"Shambles never get an appointment rude staff on..."

You can never get an appointment. I suggest with a chronic illness and am prescribed meds from the hospital. Go says meds need a review... They don't I am on them for life as I have Crohn's disease... I am down to last strip of tablets unable to get an appointment and unable to get a telephone consultation to renew my medication the staff are unhelpful and quite frankly rude. You start ringing 10 mins before line opens the line is constantly busy you get through and it's the same old story 'no more appointments left for today' myself and my family are leaving this GP practice and I strongly recommend everyone steers clear. They are slow at don't Ng prescriptions haven't been signed by a doctor after 3-4 days sometimes pitnin a week in advance. Just a total shambles we prefer to use the white horse walk in centre at least we know we will be seen, the staff are friendly and you feel the drs give you a good looking over not just rushed out the door.
