"Treatment for melanoma"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I've had three occasions when I've been treated for melanoma through Dr Dwyer's clinic at Ayr Hospital. It has been first class treatment every time, I cannot thank the doctor and his team enough for the care and attention they have given. my latest treatment was last week, excellent as ever.

It is an excellent unit and this is no less than we would expect from Dr Dwyer. Are we allowed to say they are a lovely team?;-))

Dear nuthatchzt57

Thankyou for taking the time to post your comment.

Getting the diagnosis of Melanoma can be devastating so I am pleased that you have received the care and support you need.

It really does boost the team when we hear we have got it right for patients but always looking at ways we can improve the service.

I will ensure your feedback is shared with Dr Dwyer, the nursing staff and the wider team.

Thanks again and best wishes for the future

Sandra
