"I felt isolated"

About: New Cross Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

Terrible experience of ward care as a health care professional. I was disgusted to say I work for NHS after experiencing a ward like this.

Midwives were rude and uncaring until my last day when I had a lovely midwife. I felt isolated and claustrophobic. It was 28 Deg outside, at the verge of passing out when I went for assistance to be told "don't sit there we keep notes there". As If I had a choice where I passed out?

I waited hours for paracetamol asking different midwife's ended up going to bed in pain and feeding my baby in pain. I could not wait to leave would not recommend!
