Thank you for comments. We value feedback from our patients, whether it be positive or negative, and will try to make changes wherever possible if that is appropriate. I wonder if you would be happy to provide more details regarding the long waiting times you refer to by emailing me direct on nicola.lant@nhs.net. I will happily look into the matter for you.
