About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department

I visited A and E on 20th September at 8.30am The care I received following a laceration to wrist was excellent. I am very sorry I do not have names of the staff but all showed great care. In these times when bad press is abound and talk of special measures well I was on holiday and as said the care was excellent

A huge thenk you enabling me to continue to my holiday

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us, I am sorry that there was cause for you to visit the Royal Cornwall Hospital whilst you were on holiday but I am pleased to see that you thought the care was excellent.

Thank you so much for your comment regarding the ED department that you unfortunately had to visit whilst on holiday. I am pleased that you had a positive experience and hope that your holiday was not ruined by your injury. Your comment is greatly appreciated and I will ensure that it is fed back to the ED staff
