I personally have had keywork which was priceless. After stopping taking drugs I applied to do the peer mentoring course. It has helped me build up my confidence in myself without the need to take drugs.
It's been an excellent course which has encouraged me to do more things and give me the self belief that I can do more. It's given me insight into what my situation could do to help others as I've been through a lot and taken so many drugs in the past. It took me years to get past this and couldn't have got this far without the help and support of the CRI.
