"Upset when checking appointments"

About: Kidderminster Treatment Centre - Acute Trust / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I phoned the number given for the Appointments Bureau to check my ophthalmology appointments which had been changed.

The person I spoke to was very rude and abrupt and talked to me as if I was an idiot. The letters I received did not make it clear and I just wanted to clarify the appointments.

I did not expect to be spoken to in such a way and then have the phone put down on me.
