This will now be the second time I have called this surgery as I am new and both times have been dealt with very poorly. The receptionist was not only rude and extremely short with me when I requested an appointment for today or tomorrow for blood results that are needed for me to take medication (I was told by doctor in same surgery to do this) she then repeatedly cut me off when asking for personal information as she was clearly fustrated/angry in some way. Not happy or impressed and got off the phone extremely frustrated. Worked in chemists my whole life and never encounted this especially in the medical industry. A certain level of respect should be shown to the patients.
