"Always helpful and friendly"

I have attended this surgery for many years but on Saturday I look both of my parents for there flu jab , this was so well organised and a very friendly environment . Not only did they administer the vaccination they were also check blood pressure which for my parents saved another appointment slot.

All the staff they we encountered were friendly , professional and were treating everyone with dignity and respect .

I was also able to give feedback to the practise manager regarding the lack of understanding of the pressures on careers of people with Alzheimer's which is not just a issue for this surgery but the NHS as a whole, I passed on possible ideas how this could be highlighted on the computers instead of having to explain at every visit.
