What I liked

I was admitted after a nasty facial injury and was treated quickly and efficiently. The doctor who examined me was great; very kind and understanding and able to put me at my ease. I was given a bed quickly and well looked after by the nurses on Ward 19. I was so grateful to have the operation on my lip the same day, even though it was very busy at that time. From the anaesthetist to the nurses and doctor, I couldn't have asked for more. My lip is healing really well and others have commented on what a fantastic job, considering the injury I had. Please, please pass on my thanks to all the staff involved.
