I had a sigmoidoscopy and a colonoscopy in the Endoscopy department at Poole Hospital and I write here to extend my thanks and appreciation for the treatment that I received.

I was treated with competence, dignity and kindness by all the staff.

Well done Poole Hospital!

I have shared them with the staff involved in your care, as well as their line managers.

I am very glad that you felt well cared for.

These procedures are never particularly pleasant but the way in which you are treated as an individual makes a huge difference to the experience.
