I am very satisfied.
My only problem concerns making an appointment at Reception either in person or on the telephone to see a specific Doctor in say 2 or 3 weeks time. I am told "we dont have the information available for more than the current week" .

We do now ensure we have appointments created on the system for 4 weeks ahead, so you should find us much improved in that regard.
