"Dissatisfied visit"

About: Southlands Hospital

waiting time in clinic too long for visit, sat in consultation room for 15 mins while a nurse turned on the computer, to get notes up, got told ‘Some of the consultants, don’t Lille to do this’ further wait for the consultant to enter.

I was not listened to when expressing my opinion on changing eye drops. It’s clear consultant had not read my notes about history.

Basically got told I’ve got really bad eyesight, despite a recent positive eye test and only a minor change to prescription, I’ve lost confidence because of this comment which was rudely said! I won’t be back here
