Attended A&E Eye Dept on 19th September due to some vision loss.
I was registered within minutes of arriving and told at what time I would be seen for further investigation - this happened within 10 minutes of the prescribed time and the whole process was very efficient, helpful and friendly.
Every part of the process was explained clearly to me.
At a time when the NHS is obviously experiencing some difficulties and lots of bad press, it was very encouraging to receive such great service and help.
