I was greeted this morning by a friendly, welcoming lady @ reception who managed to sort out an appointment for me with the GP due to a cancellation, which meant i only had to wait a few minutes.
This was very welcome news on my part as i have been suffering with chronic lower back pain for 20 days & to be able to see the Doctor so quickly was a real bonus.
The GP was very caring & informative & prescribed me some anti-inflammatory medication which i am pleased to say is already beginning to ease my intense back pain.
On my way out of the surgery i was able to thank the staff on reception for being so helpful & friendly.
The whole experience this morning really lifted my spirits, after enduring a particularly draining 20 days with this chronic pain.
