My second visit in a year and first comment is there is no judgement about carelessness which I appreciate - and I shall be recalibrating my activities to be more in line with my age.

Booking in is simple, quick - but thorough.

Waiting times are never that long here apparently and today I was seen in less than 5 minutes.

Staff here have really good listening skills and understood the circumstances leading up to both my accidents, clearly explain diagnosis and the care that needs to be taken of, in my case, minor injuries.

Professional, interested, experienced and knowledgeable - and friendly.

I do hope that this is not another victim of cuts in the future, it is a unique and valuable service with the alternative 30 minutes away [including queuing for parking and walking] wasting the time of an already stretched A&E department.
