"I felt worse after seeking help from Mind services in Hull"

I have only just got the courage to tell this story. I needed help from Mind with panic anxiety - to cut a long story short I asked Mind for help and I was given a mentor as I couldnt go out alone. My daughter walked to a local library with me to meet my mentor who didnt show up. After 30 mins I was panicking real bad and rang to find out where they were. They said oh i forgot all about you ........

I went home didn't go out for a week, Mind rang to ask how it went, I told them what happened. They practically told me that my account was not truthful, they said they asked the mentor and they said they rang me to cancel. Then I pursued their help I got 9 change of appointment dates. I got no help, in fact I felt worse.
