"Prescription"

I went to the surgery to pick up my glaucoma prescription and as a last minute thought I wanted to ask if I could have an emergency prescription for my water infections which I am prone to and did not want to get caught short on holiday. I’m off abroad in three days time and I left it a bit late to ask a doctor. The girl on reception spoke to the duty doctor and told me the prescription would be ready today. I can now go away without the worry of having to find a doctor abroad in an emergency should this happen. I thank the staff and doctors for their promp action without fuss. I had a bad experience before and had to find a hospital for treatment and lost a day or two with an infection. It’s nice to have that peace of mind. So Thankyou once again for dealing with my request in a friendly and professional way.
