This is just a short review of my observations from visiting with my partner.

During numerous visits she has been dealt with 5 extremely unprofessional people that didn't seem to listen.

And on two occasions she was actually seen by two brilliant members of staff who don't work there anymore.

She has twice been double booked, and on the last visit I saw that the previous member of staff had documented that she had refused therapy which wasn't the case in the slightest.

But to top it all off was to basically be told in a roundabout way that she had a "screw loose" and "I won't see you again, will I ?"

Absolutely disgraceful.
