Strawberry Hill Medical Centre provides an outstanding service. I have been fortunate not to have needed much medical care in my life, but recently I have reached an age where checks are carried out and raised blood pressure has entailed a few appointments over the past couple of years. Receptionists are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Telephone access is always easy and phones are answered promptly. The website works really well regarding all aspects of contact. My emails to a Dr were responded to within 12 hours. The manner of my consultations were very professional but at the same time friendly. Advice was clear and informative and extra checks were made in my interests. I cannot praise highly enough I have received from the Medical Centre. It provides exactly the service those who introduced the NHS designed it to be. Thank you.
