"Disorganised no real care"

I dont know what it is about this hospital but its feels so dis-organised, some staff dont know their own jobs they get confused, is it because their tired or they mentally have no energy to keep up, or just dont care or want to be there?

There are staff losing their temper in A&E, lack of understanding and communication?

The lack of undue care and attention, and quality in care,lack of cleanliness.

If the staff are overworked they dont provide the care and attention required.

Patients waiting behind the screening cubicals in A&E waiting to be seen for hours.

No one says are you being seen to ?

Being passed from one doctor to another and no real consistency not proper information.

You could be there all day waiting for a bed and no one has clicked that you have not been giving any thing to eat or drink all day even after being moved to a bed in a ward.

We are all customers at this hospital and we should at least get end to end service and leave there feeling satisfied with the treatment and advice given, even a follow up care helps only if treated by people that care and love their jobs.

The hospital has been refurbished but already you can see the building is not maintained properly.

Very Sad..
