On 16 August 2018 about 9.30pm, I was taken by ambulance to St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, after fainting in the theatre at Woking .
I received immediate treatment in the Resuscitation Unit of A & E, and was then given a thorough examination, including various tests, during the next two hours or so.
Fortunately, nothing serious was found and was able to leave about 1.00am.
I cannot speak too highly of the every member of staff I came into contact with.
They were all extremely reassuring, friendly and professional in all aspects - nothing was too much trouble, and they ensured that my husband and daughter, who were waiting, were kept updated.
The hospital staff - and the ambulance crew - were an absolute credit to the NHS, to St Peter's Hospital, and to themselves.
My family and I cannot thank them enough.
"Excellent treatment in St Peter's A & E dept"
