My mother had her ear appointment today and was treated very badley by your staff when making a appointment for her next visit.
She told them that because of getting there on a bus that she could only have a time in the morning and was told that you no longer do mornings then was told she could not have anything before NEW YEARS EVE AT 2.30 when she should go every 6-8weeks .
The staff on reception were totally rude and just could not be bothered to help in any way treating my mother like she didn't exist.
My mother suffers with a fractured back that she regularly receives treatment for making walking very difficult at all times being treated like this is unecceptable .
