I spent 4 days at Mount Vernon having surgery for a partial knee replacement. At every stage of this, from the surgeon, his theatre team, the nursing staff and the physiotherapists, I experienced a high standard of professional care. I would recommend Mount Vernon to anyone else. One hears so many negative criticisms about the NHS but I want to register my profound appreciation and thanks for the care I received at Mount Vernon.
