"An Abomination"

I have never encountered such rude, uncaring, dismissive GP's in my life.

All they want to do is get you out of their room, telling you to come back in a week if doesn't get better, and off course seeing somebody else.

You end up getting passed from GP to GP with nobody taking the slightest bit of interest or concern for your suffering.

I think it is a disgrace that despite having the lowest patient satisfaction survery score in the region by a country mile they were awarded Outstanding by CQC (Apparently the patient satisfaction survey is the only domain not taken into consideration by the CCG when awarding a score).

How can it be that the patients views are entirely dismissed and they are rewarded for their shiny building, clean clinical surfaces, hand gels on the walls and innovation?

WHAT ABOUT PATIENT CARE!!!

Of course us mere patients are not clever enough to know what's best for us, were just silly old people who resist change.
