"St Paul's Eye Unit"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Ophthalmology

Staff very good, consultants, a joke. 5 visits, 5 different 'consultants', all extremely poor communication skills (I don't mean their English language ability). Refused to try alternative treatments until prompted by my, and then the alternative treatments worked to a point. Repeatedly misquoted me, repeatedly misdiagnosed problems, mainly refused to discuss what the problems were, and overall very arrogant and very dismissive (especially a particular professor). It appears that the more highly qualified medical staff become, the more arrogant, dismissive and non communicative they become. Extremely disappointing.
