"Over coming anxiety"

(as the patient),

I suffered with anxiety for most of my life. It stopped me from travelling and socialising. I pretty much affected my day to day routine. I got help from talk Bromley and I am now at a time in my life where I believe I have turned a corner. The help is fantastic and really changes your life.
