What I liked

I was an afternoon gynaecological case. I was admitted through the access lounge and the level of patient care was excellent. I found all the staff to be friendly and professional and would definitely recommend Hartlepool gynae to anyone. The hospital was clean and tidy and warm.

In a case where you need something done in a delicate and embarrassing area, the staff, put me at my ease. Should I ever need choose and book treatment again I will definitely choose Hartlepool if it is a choice.

Well done on excellent patient services.
