"Lack of communication and care of patients...."

Dreadful service. I have been going to the Hesketh Centre for 4 years for help with depression, anxiety, agoraphobia and PTSD and they haven't got a clue how to help someone with acute mental health.

They twist things that are said to them, they say that they have sent appointments in the post, but you never receive them.

They say they try to call you but no answer ( I'm at home all day, every day, and no missed calls)

They say they will return your call or get someone else to call you back, when no one is available, but that call never comes.

I even received a 'google search' print off in the post from one of the team with a list of dog walking groups in LA!!! I live in Southport, how am I supposed to get to America with my dog just to go for a walk?!!

They employ young people as nurses that have no real clue on life or it's up's and down's.

If you try to complain to them about their incompetence they act as if you are having a psychotic episode and refer you to the psychiatrists!

The only other Mental Health care/help available in Southport is Access Sefton but they can't see me because I am 'under' the Hesketh Centre. If I had been able to simply see a counselor there, rather than this lot, I guess I'd be back in control of my life by now.
