What I liked

The promptness in which my illness was dealt with coupled with the excellent quality health care and general efficiency and attention that I received from all concerned at the clinic. I also found it very convenient to have had accommodation provided near the hospital. That was exceptionally welcome. I also liked the way in which I was dealt with by my consultant who was very courteous understanding and indeed very professional. By the end of the visit I was feeling much better and very reassured.

What could be improved

I was so satisfied and content with my whole experience that I cannot see what could have been improved albeit, like all other progressive organisation improvement is vital.
