"Emergency call"

I called at 4.35 because my husband was feeling very lightheaded with blurred vision. The duty Dr rang us back almost immediately, we were seen by the Dr at 4.45. her examination was extremely thorough, questioning was accurate and resulting action clearly explained to us. An ecg was done at the surgery, ambulance called, my husband was taken to St Richards for further treatment.

The team of people at Flansham Park who dealt with us we're brilliant especially as it was heading for the end of their working day.
