(as the patient),

I gave birth to my first baby in August and would like to thank midwife Charlotte (I never got her last name) for the amazing care she offered us and for delivering our baby girl. This was my first baby so I was incredibly anxious about the birth but Charlotte was incredibly calming, encouraging and supportive to me and my husband throughout. She kept us informed every step of the way and kept us completely calm. I’ll be forever thankful to her and for making my birth experience such a positive one. Thank you. 

I’d like to also thank the staff on a Rowan ward too for their after care.
