"Horrenous GP appointment and NO response from..."

About: Highcliffe Medical Pract.

Attended the surgery to discuss my depression with a doctor.

Was made to feel like Depression is all just made up and after he clearly hadnt even bothered to read my medical history, I was asked if I had reported this before (Ive been on medication for Depression/Anxiety for 20 years).

After proceeding to go through the complaints procedure and emailing the Practice Manager 3 times, the first being over 2 weeks ago there has still been no reply to my complaint.

If you suffer from Depression or Anxiety its probably best NOT to go to this surgery and deffinitely NOT that GP!!!

Safe to say, having Depression and Anxiety is bad enough without having to deal with that!!

The practice has audited its email account and there have been no complaints received during this period or the two weeks pervious so we can only apologise and ask this patients to contact the surgery and confirm the practice email address . All complaints are acknowledged with 7 days and responded to with 21 day in line with NHS guidelines.
