"Was ok but not as good as my local hospital"

About: St Marks Hospital (Harrow)

Operation went fine came out of surgery without pain due to the spinal block I had.

However once that wore off I was subjected to 15 mins plus waiting for stronger pain relief every time I needed it.

Surely a PCA would have been more beneficial and is something my local hospital used after all my other operations especially in the first 24hrs after.

I also had to wait hrs before my belongings find their way to me which meant I couldn't see much without my glasses.

I understand that this is a much larger hospital than my local one but I still expect better pain control and four belongings to be reunited quickly of bout already waiting on the ward.
