can hardly ever get an appointment. 2 cancled appointments due to illness and no one else can fit an implant after some arguing they apparently had 1 other person who is fully booked if they have been off so long why havent they been covered ??????
unimpressed when i phoned takes ages to get through and then when i did no apology and the receptionisht kept talking over me constantly
this surgery is rapidly going down hill
"completely useless"
