Good afternoon,
I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the treatment I received when I was admitted last Monday 10th September for an operation. All staff were very attentive and professional and put me at ease during a difficult time. Special thanks to the physiological who came to see me and all the nursing staff day night, who looked after me during my 2 day stay. Sadly cannot give names, but i will be thanking them personally when I am up and about fully recovered.
Keep up the good work and accept my sincere thanks.
