"Shower and water"

About: Frimley Park Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

In my short stay on ward 4c(?) I was very well treated. All staff were wonderful. Coming from a medical background I have to say I cannot fault the staff. They all worked very hard, bless them! My gripe is the shower and the water was cold. I could not turn the handle properly, possibly due to my poor grip. Please can the shower be sorted?

Thank you for your feedback, it's great to hear you were treated well, though the cold water doesn't sound very good! I will speak to the Sister in charge of the Orthopaedic ward at Frimley to get this looked into - as well as passing on your feedback on the rest of the service.
